Have you guys learn what S.M.A.R.T is? If you are a marketer, you might know what this is...
SMART stands for:
S pecific
M easurable
A chievable
R ealistic
T argeted and Timed
For Example: Company X plans to set a new objective... So upon making the objective, analyse each objective by using SMART.... Is that simple? It sounds simple but when you implement it, its not that easy but it gives you a good benchmark for the objectives to be specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and better targeted when those objectives can be achieved let say in 5 years time???
